The new Essex Kitchen Crew website
In Essex we strongly believe that the health and well-being of our young learners comes first. This exciting project, creating Healthy Eating Podcasts will be free to download to i pods, MP4 players, PSPs, mobile phones and PCs. The Podcasts will demonstrate how to cook simple healthy recipes using fresh, organic produce. PDFs of the recipes are also available and are easy and free to download from this dedicated website.
Each Podcasts will feature Essex pupils, Kerrie Ann, Harry, Lewis, Rachel and many others who prepare and cook the recipes. The recipes are all provided from professional chefs.
This is just one element of the Essex LAs commitment to providing information in a range of formats that will be accessible to all.
