Ingredients
Serves 4

250 grams (9oz) Bananas, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons natural bio-live yoghurt
250 ml (9oz) cold semi skimmed milk
1 tablespoon runny honey
1 tablespoon wheat germ
4 ice cubes
Method
Banana Smoothies

This recipe is delicious and makes a great healthy snack. It is so easy!!!

Before we start cooking, there are a few safety tips to remember:
1. Wash your hands
2. Make sure all your cooking utensils are clean
3. Keep all sharp equipment out of the way


Firstly put the bananas and the ice in a blender.

Then add the yoghurt and milk, and blend until smooth.

Finally add the honey and wheat germ and blend again for 5-10 seconds.

Pour into a glass and drink!
